RIT/NTID Tiger Online Auction opens April 8

Artwork, an iPad, sports memorabilia and more to benefit Panara Scholarship

A variety of items including a “Miracle on Ice” Team USA jersey signed by hockey legend Jim Craig, an iPad, Omaha Steaks, artwork by deaf artists and more are available in the RIT/NTID Tiger Online Auction, starting noon April 8 and ending at 8 p.m. April 14.

Bidders must register online, which is free; those who register will automatically be eligible for a $100 gift card. A complete list of items to be auctioned will also be shown to those who register.

Winning bids will be tax-deductible and will go to the Robert F. Panara Endowed Scholarship Fund at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. Panara, 92, was NTID’s first deaf faculty member and helped establish the theater program.
