Schrenker presents at Educational Technology Collaborative Conference
John Schrenker, manager of Classroom Technology and AV Systems, presented “Navigating the Shift: Customer Support Challenges and Benefits in the Transition from Traditional AV to AVoverIP in Higher Education” at the 2025 Educational Technology Collaborative Annual Conference in Raleigh, N.C. His presentation addressed the significant changes in customer support required by the move to AVoverIP, including the increased need for ITS networking collaboration, changes to staff knowledge and roles, and the innovations adopted to manage the transition.
