Swartzlander attends U.N. forum
Grover Swartzlander, professor in the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science, attended the first United Nations forum on Capping Climate Change from Space, participating in breakout meetings aimed to chart a roadmap and action plan for the preparation of a moonshot. The meeting was hosted by the Permanent Mission of Equatorial Guinea. Swartzlander’s pioneering research on diffractive solar sails led to the invitation to this event.
