With so many unable to work, go to school, and who have had their lives turned upside down, the situation is more serious than it has been in recent memory. This year our monetary goal to make a dramatic difference in the lives of those in the Rochester community is $314,159.
Does our goal look familiar? Yes, it symbolizes pi - a number imbued with meaning and significance, just like the need it represents.
In some ways, every year is a circle, bringing us back around to the same relative time. And while many things change, the need in the community does not. Let's turn our passion for the community into compassion for those in need.
