Russell West, visiting assistant professor; Nathan Harrison, lecturer; and Jennifer Gentzke, lecturer, all from the Department of Deaf Education, presented at the Council of Educational Administrators of Schools for the Deaf Conference in Minneapolis. West and Harrison presented “Stakeholder Perceptions of Effective Leadership in Deaf Education.” West and Gentzke presented “From Preparation to Practice: How Mentoring Enhances Early Career Teacher Success.”
