Responsible for overseeing billing for services provided. This includes billing for the NHTD and TBI waivers, Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services, and others. Billing is done to Medicaid directly or insurance companies under Managed Long Term Care Plans, or on a private pay contract.
Duties include:
- Bills for services provided by CDR.
- Investigates denied claims.
- Works with insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
