The Enable Fellowship Summer Internship will be a 10-week program spanning Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Finance job roles. Enable Interns will be working side by side with the best professionals in the industry and have a chance to make a significant impact in their roles and on their teams, with the potential to lead to return a return internship or full-time employment following college graduation. Eligible candidates must be actively enrolled in degree program.
Throughout the Enable Fellowship Summer Internship program, Fidelity will empower fellows and managers with continuous support, training, and consultation for positive working experience with a sense of Belonging to ensure that they continue to advance and thrive. When the fellowships are successful, they often lead to full-time offers, which is a built-in objective of the program.

Recruitment Process
Fidelity's Enable Fellowship Program bypasses the traditional hiring process to recruit talent with varying disabilities in the following steps:
1. Identify: We focus on identifying inclusive managers, who are looking for qualified associates to join their team.
2. Partner: We collaborate with universities, disability organizations, and providers, who share their access to qualified and talented candidates.
3. Match: We collaborate with the providers to identify, assess, and match candidates to program roles.
4. Interview: We partner with inclusive and accommodating managers and behavioral interviewers to assess selected talent.
5. Employ: We employ the qualified candidates for a paid internship program.

What are we hoping from our partnership with you?
To create an empowering inclusive environment and a successful fellowship, we seek to partner with organizations that offer:
1. Candidate Referrals: Share access to qualified and talented candidates.
2. Assist on Assessment: Assist us assess fit during the recruitment process.
3. Accessibility Needs: Inform program team of known accommodation needs of fellows to insure they are equipped with appropriate tools for successful transition at the start of their roles.
4. Fellow Career Counseling: Provide career counseling, ongoing education, and training to the candidates to review their experiences and the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
5. Manager Onboarding and Counseling: Provide onboarding and ongoing counseling to the participating managers to guide best practices specific to each candidate.

Corporate Finance:
• Corporate Finance Intern:
• Rising juniors and seniors, Finance Majors
• Understanding financial/accounting principles
• Strong Excel skills (using 90% of the day)
• Analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Human Resource Intern:
• Rising Seniors pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Admin, Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or Related Fields.
• Undergrad Degree within 6 months of start date
• Previous HR internship/work experience

Legal, Risk and Compliance Intern:
• Rising Seniors pursuing undergrad in the following majors:
• Business, Math, Engineering, Information Security, Cyber Security, Masters in Math or Finance, Criminal Justice, Analytics, Technology
• Opportunities exist in various businesses. (Corp. Audit, Risk Management, Enterprise Compliance, Global Security & Investigations, Technology Risk and Strategy)

• Understanding of Software Development Cycle, programming, and scripting concepts

Operations Intern:
