RoseBYANDER is a company formed and run by Alexis Kashar, a deaf civil rights attorney turned entrepreneur. The company’s mission is to share the universal symbol of LOVE and the beauty of ASL through its collection of precious metals and gemstones. Our statement pieces create authentic conversations that transcend cultures and languages. The debut jewelry collection embraced by the mainstream fashion community has been seen in Marie Claire, The Cut and Refinery29.
• Create and post marketing content across various social media platforms on a regular basis
• Communicate directly with prospective customers, building strong relationships and maintaining a visible external presence on social media sites and forums
• Evaluate company social media content for strategy, readability, legibility, usability, interactivity, and credibility
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of new ideas and campaigns
• Stay abreast of current social trends, marketing techniques, industry standards, and tech innovations to ensure effective content that achieves the team’s goals
1. public relations/advertising background in digital platforms both via social media and other virtual platforms.
2. Skill in using adobe and Canva to create graphics and posting for social media
3. Understanding of how to market a product that emerged from the deaf community to the general market. This is not a requirement but a plus.
4. Comfortable in communicating with Deaf or Hard of Hearing people-- whether its via ASL or English.
5. Photography skills a plus but not required.
