CNC MACHINIST DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
SETTING UP AND RUNNING CNC MILLS (3,4 AND 5 AXIS), CNC TURNING CENTERS
SOME PROGRAMMING.  1ST PC INSPECTION



Requirements:
ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET DRAWINGS,
UNDERSTANDING OF GD&T
PROPER CHOICE AND USE OF INSPECTION TOOLS
ABLE LOAD AND INDICATE VISES
LOAD PROGRAMS
TOUCH OFF TOOLS
MAKE PARTS TO PRINT
OPTIMAL REQUIRMENTS WOULD INCLUDE:
PROGRAMMING WITH GIBBSCAM OR SOLIDCAM
UNDERSTANDING OF TOOLING CHOICES / SPEEDS AND FEEDS /TOLERANCE
