As a Program Manager for Accessibility Experience, you will ensure that client's products are built for compliance with applicable accessibility standards and legislation. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to accessibility and disability inclusion, and have previous experience in accessibility testing program management and/or accessibility certification (e.g. IAAP) or deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, ATAG and Section 508)

Job responsibilities:

Design and develop a range of learning experiences for clients, including: Instructor-led training (ILT), elearning, websites, and blended learning solutions, Integrate social, peer, distributed and other innovative learning initiatives
Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create project plans, and regularly communicate project updates and status
Redesign/refresh our most priority programs as needed

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:

BA/BS degree in Learning Design, Education, Graphic Design, or other related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g. instructor-led training, elearning, microlearning)
Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing support/consultation to stakeholders of different levels
Portfolio with work samples
Experience with translating classroom content into multimodal formats
Deep knowledge of learning format options and tradeoffs
Demonstrated ability to design under tight deadlines, iterate rapidly based on feedback from varied stakeholders, and quickly build credibility and collaborative relationships
Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly
Clear understanding of business needs, sensitivity to differences across various groups, and ability to deliver in a climate of ambiguity and with changing tools and technical limitations
Understanding of the accessibility and disability community
