| Job Description | At PAHrtners Deaf Services We offer a wide- range of behavioral, developmental, and therapeutic support programs to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in an environment free of cultural or language barriers. The individuals we serve have psychological or behavioral health needs and use sign language to communicate. Some have intellectual disabilities. Most of our staff members are Deaf/Hard of Hearing. PAHrtners employees are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and versed in Deaf culture. This position provides direct services to adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs living in our residence. Responsibilities include: assisting with daily living skills instruction and training; aiding in community integration; transportation; medication administration and observation; writing progress notes. All shifts are available (day, evening, overnight and weekend). Full-time, Part-Time and On-Call available. Responsibilities |
