Overview
The Business Studies Department provides challenging, high-quality programs designed to give you the skills you need for success in your career. As a student in the Business Studies Department, you will build technical knowledge and skills in your field, and you will have the opportunity to develop the essential “soft skills” that employers demand. You also will learn from a diverse faculty who have a variety of business experience, and have the opportunity to gain your own valuable real-world experience before you graduate by participating in a cooperative work experience.
The Business Studies Department also offers students a competitive advantage in today’s job market by offering courses that prepare students for certification in Microsoft® Office applications software.
For deaf and hard-of-hearing students who prefer an online program, or for deaf and hard-of-hearing professionals who would like to advance their career by enhancing their skills, RIT/NTIID’s new online associate of applied science in business administration program may be right for you.
