RIT provides an environment where I can thrive academically and professionally, surrounded by supportive peers and mentors. My co-op experience in the Community Affairs Bureau at the New York Police Department developed my teamwork, communication, and time management skills, and aligns closely with my career goals of working in administration while advocating for inclusivity and accessible communication.
