User Interface and Experience Design Project | Touch UI Design

This project was a redesign of the user interface (UI) of a coffee vending machine into a touch screen UI.

Motion design detailed the functionality and user orientation throughout the process of selecting a coffee drink.

The main goals were to organize the information and guide user through the process, create clear affordances and provide system feedback, design meaningful icons and aesthetic, and to give more information without cluttering and complicating the UI.

Using foundational Human Computer Interaction and design principles, Christina was able to develop a simplified and engaging UI. With the new design, users can more clearly navigate through the system and are provided with a more streamlined and memorable experience overall.
