Material Landscapes: Producing Field Conditions | This exercise asks students to push the capabilities of specific materials to both mimic and produce landscape conditions. The materials themselves become sites of exploration. Through testing the material’s properties, students begin to design a new field condition: one that begins to emulate a landscape.
