Saunders Ranked #1 in New York State for MIS by College Factual, 2025

Ayers Badan will share insights and experiences that have shaped her executive career during the 11th annual Gasser Lecture Series at Saunders College of Business on Friday, Nov. 8. Her speech, titled “Nobody Cares About Your Career,” is also the title of her first book, published in June.

Inspired by his own experience of not being able to afford high school portraits in 2020, Virtudes provides this service to help others celebrate their achievements despite financial challenges.

The team is the first to earn the Ramsey Family Innovation Award, which will provide annual support for one student team each year enrolled in the RIT Student Accelerator program.

Saunders College of Business Professors Chun-Keung “Stan” Hoi and Sean Hansen were installed as endowed professors during a Sept. 26 ceremony.

RIT trustee and alumnus Andrew Jacobson has pledged $1 million in support of Rochester Institute of Technology’s National Technical Institute for the Deaf. The Andrew Jacobson Endowed Scholarship represents the largest commitment by an RIT/NTID alumnus in the college’s history.

For this year’s ranking, the Fortune team analyzed data from nearly 100 MBA programs and considered 11 key ranking factors, including base salaries of recent graduates, cost of tuition, graduation rates, and the number of MBA alumni now serving in Fortune 1000 C-suite positions.

Chen, a Beta Gamma Sigma honoree this past April, has also earned the Saunders College of Business Women’s Alumnae Network, and Daniel D. Tessoni and Donald Margolis CPA endowed scholarships.

Designed by LaBella Associates, this $25 million expansion almost doubles the size of RIT’s business college, adding more than 35,000 square feet of renovated classrooms, applied research and case analysis labs, a state-of-the-art auditorium and café, and more.

The new engineering master’s degrees will serve to meet demands in increasing renewable energies, personalized healthcare technologies, and diagnostic system improvements. The project management MS allows students the ability to better specialize to their specific interests, giving them a competitive edge in their field of interest and making them more valuable to an employer.
