Adding Plant-Based Proteins to Your Diet
Calling all faculty and staff who want to improve their mental well-being by adjusting their diet and adding in more plant-based proteins!
Join RIT Dining's Registered Dietitian, Marisa Bellanca, who will be teaching you about plant-based proteins and how they affect our everyday nutrition. Marisa will help you explore ways you can add more plant-based proteins into your diet and where you can find these foods on campus in our various dining locations.
Participants are welcome and encouraged to bring their lunch and a friend.
