AdvanceRIT is hosting one-day Tenure and Promotion Package Prep (P Cubed) Retreat for Women Faculty. The objective of this retreat is primarily to put time aside to work on tenure and promotion dossiers; there will be group discussions, break activities, and mini-workshops aligned with the topic of promotion.
