Asian American Film Series: Bad Axe

Bad Axe is a 2022 documentary about the struggles with the pandemic and racism faced by an Asian American family running a small restaurant business that participated in the BLM movement in the small town of Bad Axe, Michigan.

The screening will be followed by a virtual Q&A with the director, who will discuss his experience of making the film. The hosts and moderators are Yuhan Huang and Wenjie Liao, both RIT faculty.
