Beat Procrastination: Tips for Motivation

Putting off or avoiding tasks or assignments derails many of us from achieving our goals. Procrastination is not just an issue of time management or laziness. Anxiety, fear of failure, false beliefs about productivity and negative self-judgments play a role in procrastination. In this workshop, you will learn strategies for increasing motivation, reframing negative self-talk and incorporating self-compassion which opens you up to choices and possibilities.
