Chef Anecdote:
Shrimp Fra Diavolo, also know as the "Shrimp Brother Devil" was one of the first dishes that Sous Chef Aaron Alquist learned to make when he began cooking. It is also one of his favorite spicy seafood dishes. It comes served over house-made pasta. Sous Chef Aaron chose to pair the Shrimp Fra Diavolo with a Caprese Salad because it uses seasonal fresh tomatoes and house-made mozzarella cheese.
