Interior Design Lecture Series: Lois Weinthal

RIT's Interior Design Lecture Series presents a talk by Lois Weinthal, professor and graduate program director in the School of Interior Design at Toronto Metropolitan University. The talk, titled "Digital Fabrication in Interior Design," is set for 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 15, in MAGIC Spell Studios' Wegmans Theater. It is free and open to the public. 

About Lois Weinthal

Weinthal's research and practice investigate the relationship between architecture, interiors, clothing, and objects  resulting in works that take on an experimental nature. Her teaching explores these topics where theoretical discussions in seminars are put into practice in the design studio. Her edited books include Toward a New Interior: An Anthology of Interior Design Theory, co editor of After Taste: Expanded Practice in Interior Design, and recently, co-editor of Digital Fabrication in Interior Design." She has been an honorary professor at the Glasgow School of Art and Middlesex University in London.
