Join C-suite executive and KGCOE alumna Tricia Dugan to learn the power of the ask. Maximizing your offer may mean a multitude of things: more money, more time off, continuing education, etc... The key to unlocking these things is to learn how to ask. Participants will learn about Tricia's own journey to becoming a C-suite level executive, the process she employs in offer negotiations, as well as examples of how she's coached recent KGCOE alumnae. Finally, participants will leave with a real-life homework assignment designed to hone their "asking skills." Limited to students in KGCOE.
