Recharge Day: Virtual ASL Yoga (with voice interpreter)

Attend a virtual ASL Yoga class taught by a Wellness Instructor with a voice interpreter. This instructor will teach this class in sign language. A voice interpreter has been schedule.) The pace of this session provides a steady flow through a series of poses that keep the body engaged in a steady flow of movement. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 95 for each semester.
