Recharge Day: Virtual ASL Yoga (with Voice Interpreter)

Attend a virtual Yoga class taught by a Wellness Instructor. This instructor will teach this class in sign language. A voice interpreter has been scheduled. The pace of this session provides a steady flow through a series of poses that keep the body engaged in a steady flow of movement. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 95 for each semester.
Pre-register to receive updates and reminders. The event is first-come, first-serve based on supplies and space capacity.
