Recharge Day: Virtual Barre

Recharge Day

Attend a virtual barre class taught by Heather Cottone, Wellness Instructor. This session will be a full 50-minute workout inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates that focuses on isometric strength training combines with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 42 each semester.

Pre-register to receive updates and reminders. The event is first-come, first-serve based on supplies and space capacity.
