Attend a virtual fitness class taught by Molly Gavin, Wellness Instructor. The format of this hour will include cardio intervals, bodyweight strength exercises, and core stability blocks. This course is listed on SIS as WFIT 28 each semester.

Pre-register to receive updates and reminders. The event is first-come, first-serve based on supplies and space capacity.
