Webinar: Level Up Your Grading Routine

Have you ever designed an amazing class project, signature assignment, or in class activity – either on paper or in your head – but then you ditched it because you could not figure out how to grade it? Have you ever had amazing discussions with students in class, but then could not figure out how to keep track of them in the myCourses gradebook, so you gave up and just added two points to their exam grade? Don’t let these kinds of things stop your pedagogical prowess in its tracks anymore!

Join the Center for Teaching and Learning and the Office of Educational Effectiveness Assessment – along with our special guests, Dr. Michelle Chabot (COS) and Prof. Keri Barone (CLA) – to discuss assignments that are challenging to assess, but so worth it in the end. In 45 minutes, learn how to make your grading more streamlined, efficient, and easier to wrangle in myCourses. Follow-up sessions will be available to those who are interested in learning more and applying these tools directly to their courses.

This session is intended for RIT faculty.
