RIT Galleries

The creative mindset is on display year-round at a number of galleries and art events on campus and beyond, exhibiting a diverse range of projects by students, faculty, alumni, and extended communities.

Bevier Gallery

Bevier Gallery is located in Booth Hall on the RIT Campus, and exhibits rotating shows of creative work by students, faculty, alumni and visiting artists.

Cary Graphic Arts Collection

The Cary Graphic Arts Collection at RIT Libraries is one of the world’s premier special collections on graphic communication history and practices. The Cary features exhibition galleries that showcase artifacts from our vast holdings on design, printing, and the history and art of the book.

City Art Space

City Art Space is RIT’s only off-campus art venue in downtown Rochester where exhibitions, events and educational programming happen year-round. Admission is always free.

Dyer Arts Center

Dyer Arts Center is a multi-use arts venue located in the National Technical Institute for the Deaf on the RIT Campus. Multiple galleries showcase art by deaf and hard of hearing artists, students, alumni, and/or allies of the Deaf community. The Center also hosts educational events and activities, along with a permanent collection of works by deaf and hard of hearing artists.

Shop One

Shop One is a contemporary design shop that showcases RIT MADE - Art + Craft + Design, located in Global Village on the RIT Campus.

University Gallery

University Gallery features exhibitions and events by students, alumni, and faculty along with visiting artists and designers, located in Booth Hall on the RIT Campus.

Vignelli Center Archives

The Vignelli Archives hold over 750,000 artifacts of design history, which are available for research, education, and creative inspiration, including two floors of galleries highlighting the work of Massimo and Lella Vignelli.

William Harris Gallery

William Harris Gallery is located on the third floor of Gannett Hall on the RIT Campus, and exhibits rotating shows of photo-based and multimedia work by students, faculty, alumni and visiting artists.
