    Nicole Rotondo ’16 (mechanical engineering) went from drivetrain lead on the RIT Formula One team to making history as the first women trackside engineer on a winning Indianapolis 500 team when Marcus Ericsson’s No. 8 car crossed the finish line first at the 2022 race.     Capturing a Moment of History

    Evan Vucci ’00 (photojournalism option-photographic and imaging arts) is one of 11 RIT grads who have won a combined 15 Pulitzer Prizes. He led the AP photography staff in winning a 2021 Pulitzer for a collection of photographs that captured the country’s response to the police killing of George Floyd.

Genomics Lab

The RIT Genomics Lab provides next-generation DNA sequencing capabilities for both classes and departmental research in RIT’s College of Science and College of Health Sciences and Technology.
