The NorthEast Neighborhood Alliance invited Bell’s class to participate in the event, "From Here to There: Bridging Neighborhoods."

    John Nichols, fourth-year food management major, prepares for the 17th annual Puttin' on the RITz dinner-dance on April 20. Organized entirely by RIT hospitality and service management majors in the College of Applied Science and Technology, the gala featured a theme of "New York, New York, 1950s" and attracted more than 300 to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.

    RIT student Kim Kearney stands poised to keep her egg intact during the opening event of the College of Business Olympics. The egg-toss competition featured student teams representing seven different areas of study. However, the faculty-staff team of Mark Boylan and Brian Hensel won the day by tossing their egg back and forth for the longest time without dropping it.

The discussion was one of several during a day-long conference on cultural conflict, terroristm, and global security.

    Jeff Broomhead, third-year mechanical engineering major, test drives one of RIT's mini-Baja cars on April 17 in preparation for the Mini Baja West, April 25-27 in Logan, Utah. The team will also compete in the Mini Baja East, May 9-11, and the Midwest Mini Baja, May 31-June 2. RIT took 10th place at the Mini Baja Brazil, April 11-13.
