    David Cohen, center, hospitality and service management '84, talks with students following his presentation on "Crisis Management in the Hotel Industry" on Jan. 14. Cohen, resident manager of the New York Marriott Marquis in Manhattan, shared his experiences coordinating security of Marriott properties in the New York City area after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Cohen's talk was presented by RIT's Hospitality Alumni Society.
