Anthony Calabria ’00, ’02 (COS) was recently promoted to manager color engineering and development from color technology project manager at Benjamin Moore Paints in Flanders, N.J.

Jennifer (Day) Hunt ’00 (CIAS) and Ben Hunt ’00 (CAST) celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary. They live in Auburn, Ala., with their three kids.

Athena Lakis ’00 (CIAS) was promoted to customer service account manager at Courier Digital Solutions in Kendallville, Ind.

David Lech ’00 (CIAS) co-wrote a screenplay, Betamax, which was chosen for the Sundance Screenwriter’s Lab. He is now living in Los Angeles.

Michael Reilly ’98 (CAST), ’00 (CIAS) left his day job at Prodea Systems to focus full-time on Artifacture, the company he co-founded in 2009. Located in Dallas, Artifacture is a design/build company that specializes in laser cutting and unusual turned-edge book binding and box making.

Nicholas Spittal ’00 (COS), ’01 (SCB) presented “Tailored Functional Service Partnerships Through Strategic and Organic Means” in April in Orlando, Fla., has at the 22nd Annual Partnerships in Clinical Trials Conference.

John Beales ’01 (CIAS), executive producer, won Best Feature Film at the Washington, D.C., Independent Film Festival for Oros (The Coin Bearer).

Lavender Marsh ’01 (CIAS) accepted a position at Texas Senate in Austin as a photographer. She returned to this job after five years in Somerville, Mass., where she married Ryan Albert ’01 (CIAS) in 2009.

Matthew Petrangelo ’01 (CAST) accepted a position at BCI Construction Inc. in Albany, N.Y., as project manager.

Jennifer (Tipton) Beard ’01 (COS) received an Executive MBA from University of Missouri—Kansas City on May 17, with a focus on entrepreneurship.

Erin (Snyder) Bowman ’07 (CIAS) is pleased to announce the publication of her debut novel, Taken (HarperTeen, an imprint of HarperCollins Children’s Books). Taken is the first in a sci-fi trilogy for young adults. Now pursuing writing full time, she lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Robert Bowman ’08 (CAST).

Ankit Katyal ’08 (COS) writes that his work as a subject matter expert in development of an artificial intelligence system for a student-based question/answering “intelligent textbook” has been recognized at the recent Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence conference.

Noelle Evans ’11 (CIAS) and Rob Carr ’10 (CIAS) traveled to the south coast of Haiti in winter 2013 where they worked on a reforestation project and documented their experience connecting with the local community. The documentary, Mutual Aid: Haiti, will be free and available as a Web series this summer at mutualaidfilm.org.

Alexandra Federico ’11 (CIAS) received a Master of Science in higher education and student affairs from the University of Rochester on May 18.

Michael Lehrman ’11 (CMS) was promoted to QA senior tester at ZeniMax Online Studios in Hunt Valley, Md.

Philip Meacham ’11 (COS) received a Master of Science in biostatistics, with a concentration in epidemiology, from Georgetown University on Dec. 31, 2012.
