Zeta Tau Alpha Encourages RIT to Think Pink!

Throughout the week of April 17, Rochester Institute of Technology will take a break from its traditional “tiger colors” to “Think Pink” in an effort to raise both awareness and funds for breast cancer education.

Sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha look to help spread the message of early detection on campus by providing literature, available at information tables in the Student Alumni Union, Infinity Quad and Clark Gymnasium breezeway.

Along with donations, students may contribute to the fund by purchasing trinkets, like ribbons, pins and shirts with the proceeds going to help breast cancer awareness.

Think Pink is a national campaign run by the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation to promote breast cancer awareness and provide informational material to aid in the prevention of the disease.

Founded in 1829, RIT is internationally recognized as a leader in computing, engineering, imaging, technology, fine and applied arts, and education for the deaf. RIT enrolls more than 15,500 students in 340 undergraduate and graduate programs.
