Draft 17 Exhibition and Book Launch
Draft, an annual publication run by RIT School of Photographic Arts and Sciences students, is releasing its 17th edition with an exhibition and book launch at the George Eastman Museum.
The opening event is set for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at the George Eastman Museum. The exhibition will remain on view through June 6.
Draft is an eclectic showcase of submitted photographic work from not only RIT students, but students at other colleges and universities in New York State. Draft 17 is a collective of artists seeking to construct a visual narrative between the universities of New York State. With a focus on self-publishing and contemporary photography, 17 is a contribution to the ongoing conversation amongst emerging artists.
The Draft 17 editors are fine art photography students Elizabeth Mack, Adam Ranz and Hank Tilson.
