Meet Deirdre Cannon, a first-year biotechnology and molecular bioscience student who loves drawing.

College of Science senior Ashley Adair is a trailblazer in her family: She will be the first to earn a college degree. She is also one of the first RIT students to graduate from a program that equips STEM majors with skills for navigating college.

Rochester Institute of Technology students and faculty from various disciplines put their creative problem-solving skills to good use earlier this month. Working collaboratively, they examined challenges faced by client organizations and then presented conceptual solutions to them during a two-day event.
