RIT campus is closed today — Monday, January 26, due to weather conditions

The RIT campus is closed Monday, January 26, due to inclement weather. All events and activities planned on campus Monday are canceled.

Essential staff should report to work. If you are unsure if your role is designated as essential, please contact your supervisor. Employees who can work remotely are not required but may do so. Please check here for more information.

Timekeeping instructions for non-exempt staff and students are as follows:

• Not required to work: Your Manager will receive instructions for recording the “Building Closure” time.
• Required to work: Please clock in and out as normal. Your manager will take responsibility for changing these hours to “Emergency Hours Worked”.

• While the RIT campus is closed, RIT Dining is hard at work to offer the following options: https://www.rit.edu/dining/
• RIT Parking and Transportation Services will be running a reduced schedule due to the campus closing. For details and schedules visit: https://www.rit.edu/fa/parking/transportation
• The Student Health Center is closed. Students may contact the after-hours nurse line at 585-475-2255 for health care guidance
• Recreation Facilities are closed
