Why did you choose Saunders College of Business at RIT for your Ph.D. in business administration?
The PhD offered by the Saunders College of Business allows me to work and learn under the mentorship of insightful and discerning professors whose research aligns with my interests HR strategy development, leadership evaluation, and employee relations.
Is there specific research that attracted you to Saunders College?
The research in OB and HR made by Dr. Kristin Bain, especially the analysis of voice and trust matters in a business environment
What do you intend to do with your Ph.D. after you graduate?
I aim to contribute to both academia and practice by advancing research in management of information systems, mostly in HR strategies, while preparing future business leaders through teaching. My long-term goal is to be placed at a top research university as a researcher in Organizational Behavior and to write articles and papers to A-list journals, such as Academy of Management Review (AMR) and Journal of Management (JM).
What else would you like to share with others that are considering coming to Saunders for their Ph.D. in business administration?
Saunders is a place where you are able to collaborate with faculty and peers to develop insights that help organizations create thriving, people-centered workplaces, which can provide the PhD student with insightful long term studies to become a successful researcher in Business.
