Annual Futurists Symposium features experts on the blending of technology, the arts, and design.

U.S. News and World Report discusses careers in game design and includes RIT in a list of schools offering the option to pursue it with a master's degree.

For Stacey (Wolff) Incorvaia, love meant taking the long way—literally. As a student, she would walk past the residence hall room of AJ Incorvaia hoping for a glimpse.

Rohit Crasta, who was among the second cohort of game design and development program graduates in 2013, is lead game designer for The New York Times, helping to create digital puzzles that have quickly become conversation starters in break rooms and on social media.

If festivalgoers have trouble exploring the more than 430 exhibits at this year’s Imagine RIT, they can now enlist the help of AI by using the Imagine RIT Bot—a generative AI chatbot that’s like ChatGPT with a focus on answering questions about the Imagine RIT: Creativity and Innovation Festival.

Using their knowledge from classroom instruction, NTID information and computing studies students built equipment and applied for funding, culminating in the launch of five state-of-the-art, deaf-friendly point-of-sale systems that use interactive monitors for easy ordering and delivery of food and beverages.

The Endowed Professorship reflects the College of Engineering Technology's faculty connections to industry and its preparation of the next generation of industry professionals.

RIT ranked 69th overall in the nation for the best graduate engineering school based on statistical indicators that measure the quality of faculty, research, and students. The programs rose four spots from last year.

RIT has a long history and culture of academic and extracurricular work in open source. Adrian Edwards hopes to pass his passion on to other students when he graduates in May and starts a job at Red Hat.
