NTID Performing Arts sent faculty and students from our production of The 39 Steps to our regional American College Theatre Festival. Two students from the production were nominated for competition at the festival, each winning a top award for their work.
- Brendan Malloy won the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship.
- Emily Ohl was the National Finalist for Costume Design and the BOLD in Design, Technology, Management (DTM) Recognition of Excellence Award.
Rehearsals are underway for Pure Imagination: The Magic Candy Shoppe, an original dance performance conceived, directed, and choreographed by Thomas Warfield. Performances will be in Panara Theatre, April 17-19, 2026. Tickets are available through RITTickets.com.
The NTID Masquers Drama Club will present Five Lesbians Eating A Quiche at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, and 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28 and March 1 in the LBJ-1510 Rehearsal Studio across from Panara Theatre. Reserve your ticket through Campus Groups. Faculty and staff will need to make a guest account to log in and get a ticket.
