    A futurist 3D-modeled poster featuring a whimsical, futuristic workshop was selected as the winning entry in this year’s Imagine RIT: Creativity and Innovation Festival poster contest. Visitors can receive a free copy of the poster during the festival on April 27, while supplies last.

    Rochester Business Journal has named RIT President David Munson, RIT Trustee Richard “Chip” Davis, and Emeritus Trustee B. Thomas Golisano a part of the 2024 Power 100 list. The annual list tracks people in the Rochester region who make an impact in the community and on the local economy.

    RIT set to host the a2ru 2024 national conference in November

    RIT is set to welcome researchers and educators from across the U.S. and North and South America during the 2024 a2ru national conference. The conference will take place Nov. 14-16, and session proposals are being accepted online with a deadline of March 15 to submit.

    The New York Climate Exchange, a first-of-its-kind organization working to implement innovative climate solutions across the globe, has announced Stephen Hammer as its founding CEO. Hammer will lead a consortium of over 45 partner organizations, including RIT and other leading research universities, and multi-national companies, that are committed to solving the most pressing climate challenges of our time.
