Just a reminder: All RIT students, faculty, and staff are required to fill out the Daily Health Screen seven days a week, even if they’re not planning to come to campus that day. And if someone develops symptoms after filling out that day’s screen, they’re asked to go back and resubmit.
Better safe than sorry
Getting a flu shot is particularly important this year. Wegmans is offering a Flu Shot Clinic for RIT students. Flu shots are FREE with most insurance providers. Students will need to bring a health insurance card and a photo ID to the clinic. Sign-up is available online through Wegmans. If students do not have insurance, they may receive the flu vaccine at the Student Health Center for $20.
Exercise your civic duty
RIT’s ROAR the Vote campaign is making it simple for students to become engaged, educated voters this fall through registration drives and presidential election debate viewing parties, all employing appropriate measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
