Presenting Senior Project and Seminar with COLA at the end of the semester, “The Bottom Line: How Female Attorney’s Choice in Bottoms May Impact the Strength of Her Legal Arguments.” [Presentation poster is on display now in the Psychology Department hallway of Eastman Hall]
Advice for younger you—If you could go back and give your first-year self advice, what would you say?
Enjoy the more social parts of your life while you have the free time.
How did you decide on your major?
I joined RIT because of the undergrad accelerated law program, inspired by experience in high school as a peer mediator focused on conflict resolution among middle school students.
What was your favorite class and why?
For the psychology program: Cultural Psychology—super fun professor, Chand-Matzke.
Others: Stats 2—Professor Graff who made math great.
What’s one skill you gained at RIT that you think will be most valuable in your career?
My organizational skills have improved at RIT. Balancing classes and being an RA, these skills have helped in law school, career at Cellino Law, and managing work-life balance.
Did you complete an internship or co-op during your time at RIT?
Completed a business law internship at Cellino Law (Patrick Long) in Rochester.
For supporting you along your RIT journey, is there anyone you’d like to thank?
My family and the RIT Res Life staff.
Anything else to add?
Study abroad! I did the study abroad program in Croatia and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
