Kristie O’Connor is an RIT employee and alumna of the dietetics and nutrition program. She is a research coordinator on a national randomized-control clinical trial. “One of the things that is so helpful at RIT is the experiential learning…because that really gets you out into the field and working in a real environment,” she says.
