Using cinema technology for space missions
RIT scientist Zoran Ninkov is developing and testing an astronomical imager inspired by an Oscar-award winning cinema projection system. The RIT astronomical imaging system is competing with other technologies for deployment on future NASA space missions for surveying star and galaxy clusters. -

Alissa Roy, a recent graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology’s media arts and technology program who then pursued her MBA with RIT’s Saunders College of Business, completed a co-op with MullenLowe last summer. And working for the advertising firm in its Boston office was a natural fit for her.

Fabricating process could improve electronics

Video game made by alumni coming to Playstation 4
Super Daryl Deluxe, an action role-playing game created by RIT alumni Gary Porter ’15 (game design and development) and Dan Plate ’16 (illustration), will launch on the SONY Playstation 4 and Steam platforms this spring.
