RIT wants you to be informed. To help, we have developed a color-coded COVID-19 alert system that shows the level of risk on campus and what actions are required. The code will appear each week at the top of this newsletter.
The current code is green, meaning the underlying threat of outbreak remains, but virus prevalence is low, and people should continue to practice basic precautions by wearing masks and maintaining physical distance.
Classrooms have changed, and so have class schedules
RIT has made major alterations to classrooms and instructional buildings to help protect faculty and students from COVID-19 during in-person instruction.
In person, online, split classes, flex schedule. It’s a lot to comprehend. We offer a guide to help you decipher your fall class schedule.
Getting back to campus life safely
As students are welcomed to campus for fall semester, RIT’s quarantine process allows for safe transition to campus housing.
