Reporting an Incident
At RIT, we want every member of our community to feel supported and empowered to seek help when needed.
Reporting concerns helps keep the RIT community safe, respectful, and supported. Whether you are a student, employee, parent, visitor, or community member, we encourage you to speak up when you experience, witness, or become aware of a concern. Timely reporting allows the university to provide support, address issues appropriately, and act when needed. Use the resources on this page to identify the reporting option that best fits your situation. If there is an immediate threat to health or safety, contact RIT Public Safety or call 911.
Not sure about confidentiality? Review the Confidentiality and Support Resource Guide to understand confidential, private, and anonymous reporting options before submitting a report.
