Graduate students in RIT’s health systems management program are learning this week about how the industry works in Sweden from health care administrators and practitioners. The eight-day study-abroad course, Health Systems Analysis and Innovation, gives students insights into a different health care model and the nuanced reasons it works well for the Swedish culture.

Thousands of RIT students are graduating this week with majors including engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, business, and fine arts. But more than 250 graduates are also receiving customized bachelor’s and master’s degrees from RIT’s School of Individualized Study, which allows students a flexible education pathway of their choosing.

RIT graduate degree programs are among the best in the nation, according to the U.S. News & World Report annual statistical survey of graduate programs.

RIT is offering a graduate tuition scholarship to recent alumni seeking to expand their career potential through the university’s graduate programs. Alumni can enhance their skill set for the new economy through master’s degrees that build upon collaboration, analytical thinking, complex problem solving, and flexibility.

Registration is open for summer semester courses, which will be offered in in-person and online formats. Summer semester registration begins March 27.

Saunders College of Business at RIT has again been recognized by Poets&Quants—a leading resource for business education coverage—as one of the top undergraduate business schools in the nation. Saunders ranked 53rd overall in the nation, moving up two spots from last year.

This year will mark the beginning of RIT’s partnership with Akademos to create a new, virtual bookstore. The new website will allow students to find the best prices for the materials for each of their classes and can ship materials directly to them.
