Taiwan Ambassador Summer Scholarship Program

Summer program for American students to intensively study Chinese (Mandarin) and immerse themselves in Taiwanese culture for two months.

Eligibility:

No Taiwanese or Chinese heritage; 3.0 GPA on 4 .0 Scale

Award Amount:

The scholarship covers tuition, dormitory fees, off-campus excursions, and accident insurance (includes outpatient medical, but no hospitalization). You are responsible for expenses for meals, dormitory electricity and airfare to/from Taiwan.

The Teaching Assistant Program in France offers you the opportunity to work in France for 7 months, teaching English to French students of all ages. Each year, over 1,100 American citizens and permanent residents teach in public schools across all regions of metropolitan France and in the overseas departments of French such as Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Rйunion.

The John Dana Archbold Fellowship

The Archbold Fellowship program was established in 1979 with an endowment by Mr. Archbold for the purpose of supporting educational exchange between the United States and Norway. Fellowships are offered to Americans and Norwegians for a year of graduate, post-doctoral, or professional study/research. Americans may apply to come to Norway in even-numbered years (2014, 2016, 2018…) and Norwegians may apply in odd-numbered years (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019…). The primary purpose of the program is to increase understanding between scholars from the two countries.

The Nahum Goldman Fellowship Program

The Nahum Goldmann Fellowship, sponsored by the Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture, is an intensive experience in Jewish living, learning and leadership where participants engage in the highest level of study and discussion on issues of Jewish identity and Peoplehood. The Memorial Foundation has organized twenty-seven International Fellowships since 1987 in Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, Australia, Southeast Asia, South Africa, South America and Israel.
