Technical University of Crete - Erasmus Plus Funding for faculty and graduate student research

Through RIT’s partnership with the Technical University of Crete (TUC) located in Crete, Greece, funding is available for one RIT faculty interested in traveling to TUC for 5-days to explore research collaboration opportunities, hold meetings with TUC faculty, and hold guest lectures on the TUC campus. Funding through the Erasmus Plus program is managed through TUC with coordination at RIT from the RIT Office for International Education. Funding is currently available for one RIT faculty. Funding to support travel for PhD or Masters student research may also be available.

Letters of interest should be sent to Lyndsey McGrath and will be accepted through November 1, 2022. Letters should identify potential areas of academic and research collaboration which may be initiated by the funded travel. Letters should also identify if there may be PhD or Masters students who may be interested in traveling to TUC in support of academic research. Selected faculty will be notified by November 10, 2022.  If selected, travel will need to be completed by July 31, 2023.
